Quarterly Maintenance Program

As with our installation, we provide a customized Maintenance Service. 

Have you ever wondered why the landscaping at resorts and luxury homes are so beautiful?  It’s probably the quality of the maintenance.   Frankly, the quality levels of maintenance for homes in the valley are unacceptable.

Your home is very valuable, inside and out.  Don’t let poor maintenance decrease your homes appearance.  It should be the other way around!

1. Over or under trimmed, watered, and fertilized trees/plants, can turn your investment into a real problem. 
2. Improper watering can waste precious water, cause rotting, or cause trees/plants to become unstable, crack, or even fall over!
3. The idea is that if a tree/plant is trimmed right from the beginning, it should become more and more self-reliant, use less water, and require less trimming (less $$$)
4. Some trees/plants need very special fertilizing at the right times to make it in the desert
5. We recommend 2-5 visits per year, depending on your specific needs.
